Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a 17-year old student from Germany and I am interested in doing a one-year Voluntary Service in addition to my vocational baccalaureate diploma.

I am a student at a European school in Hesse, Germany with the advanced courses of English and German. I am an open-minded, ambitious, reliable and creative student. I am also very interested in literature since I am writing books on my own and languages. Due to that, I have very good skills in English, basic skills in Swedish and basic skills in Spanish.

I improved my English skills with a three-week internship in London, England in March 2017 at a charity organization.

Since I am interested in environmental work I would appreciate the opportunity to spend a year abroad to learn more about nature and what needs to be done to save it. I am very fascinated by nature and the environment around the globe. Due to that, I visited an extracurricular activity in form of gardening at school.

I am also very interested in traveling so I am very happy about the opportunity of spending the time of the Voluntary Service abroad.
